Destiny Perk Helper uses the text on your screen to know what perks are you looking at and then uses the D2Clarity database to show your perk information that it's not shown in game, like % or exact values.

It will look at your game screen and analyse all the text present and compare it with the D2Clarity database to search for all possible information. This is possible to be done all the time even during gameplay.

Press Ctrl + A in game while hovering over a perk to get details
Press Ctrl + S in game in-game to bring up this window

Those Hotkeys can be changed.
