- Supporting our users through all our support channels.
- Holding remote debug sessions with users.
- Performing an advanced logs analysis, and work closely with the R&D team.
- Writing technical articles and guides in our knowledgebase.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Act as the company gatekeeper.
- Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills – a must.
- 1–2 Years of relevant experience in technical support / customer support.
- Familiarity with support help-desk / CRM systems (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk).
- Big passion for video games (PC / Console games).
- Technological orientation – a must.
- Experience with troubleshooting on Windows OS’s.
- Customer oriented with superb service awareness.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple assignments.
- A self-starter, independent, responsible, able to take initiative.
